Kaizen Festival
PT Eisai Indonesia Bogor Factory continuously strives to create a culture of continuous improvement in order to increase the productivity. One of the efforts is the implementation of the Kaizen Festival (Continuous Improvement). It is a strategy in which employees at all levels work together proactively to achieve regular and gradual improvements in the manufacturing process. In a sense, it combines the collective talents within a company to create a powerful engine for improvement.
