This function is responsible for all financial reporting, both for internal and external parties (e.g. tax office and Central Bank of Indonesia). This function ensures the accuracy, on-time reporting and compliance to the regulations for all financial process and reports produced.
This function consists of 2 roles, Procurement and Export-Import. Procurement function covers all procurement processes, such as sourcing and managing suppliers, biding, and negotiating contracts, releasing Purchase Order, and ensuring timely delivery. Export-Import function is responsible for coordinating import-export activities, includes but not limited to stable supply, shipment arrangement, documentation, and custom requirements.
This function is responsible for all process in budgeting and forecast, financial analysis and expense control.
IT is the integration of digital technology into all areas of a business, fundamentally changing how the company operate and deliver value to the customer.
This department including information technology services and other digital platforms needed by the company to achieve the business objectives.

Legal, compliance, and internal control team responsible to monitor the organization’s compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal risk policies.
Moreover, the team identifies and manages the significant regulatory compliance risks to which the business is exposed.
This team also provides expert advice to senior stakeholders to ensure legal services delivery enables and facilitates the achievement of organizational priorities.
This team is responsible for everything related to employees, starting with employee facility, benefits, and development. Aware with the fact that people are the most important thing in the company, this team ensure all employee have good quality.
Aside from that, we also create a company culture which reflects in all employee activities. To extend people networking, we work together with external parties to introduce the company to society, by doing seminars, or other joint activities with the external community.
This team was divided into 3 roles, Human Resources, People Development, and Public Relation who are responsible in talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, company branding, and company engagement.
The team consist of 2 section Material Management and Bussiness & General Affair who are responsible to maintain stable supply and control the budget for cost effective.

Medical Advisor implement the medical plan by executing medical scientific activities and develop sufficient communication in line with business strategies, while holding high ethical standards. This position will lead the management of clincial study process in comply with Good Clinical Practice. Moreover, they also build professional relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to develop product advocacy.
As Medical Scientific Liaison, you are responsible to ensure the profile of company promoted product remains high amongst stakeholders, such as doctors, patients, paramedics, association, etc by developing and maintaining a close rapport through liaison and networking. Obviously, this responsibility run along with ethical standards, company procedure and company objectives.
The role of pharmacovigilance is to determine which adverse event cross the line of company product’s efficacy. They record and report adverse reaction received from healthcare practitioner and customer, also completing periodic safety update reports on company products.
Regulatory team act as liaison between company and BPOM by ensure and accelerate the approval process of company product regustration. The main activity of regulatory team is review the eligibility of the registration document that received from principal and give feedback to ensure that all documents have met requirements with local regulations.
The role is to provides demand & distribution planning for a location, managing inventory levels or ensuring that products are properly stored at various points along the supply chain or business area.
Works with assigned business, product and other stakeholders to understand demand requirements, forecasting drivers, revenue metrics and other key factors underpinning demand and distribution planning, with follows the established procedures to develop, update and maintain demand and distribution plans.
This position work close with sales and marketing personnel. They responsible for building and managing sales pipeline of government hospital and JKN. This team will support sales team activities by ensure the listing of company products in various hospital.
The primary role of Product Management is to manage the existing company products, establish and build brand, also new product launching and strategy for pipeline products and execution to ensure the accomplishment of company objectives. Person who in charge in product management with wide range of networking will have advantage in daily work activities since their job require interaction with people from various background.
